Information
I believe that every individual or family have a story to tell. Some stories are lived out and may be viewed as "good." Then there are other stories that are suppressed and described as "bad."
As I take a narrative therapy approach to assist my client or family, they articulate their story to identify the meanings they attach. In session, we work toward their story creating a healthy self.
Although some of our stories may be daunting and cause you to feel nervous about reaching out for help. I offer client's compassion and empathy to help set you at ease for a positive experience.
I look forward to hearing from you to help you on your journey as you take the next step to becoming A Better You!
